Froggy's Fitness hosts a variety of instructional classes in our 800 square foot studio... including pilates, yoga, zumba and spin.

Froggy's offers customized personal training sessions developed by our team of certified professionals, individual diet & nutrition plans and body fat & composition testing. Our amenities include an assortment of health related supplements and refreshments. We are also equipped with a full service bathroom with shower, lockers and changing rooms.
